Put cube of butter in bottom of crock pot. Lay chicken in pot. Sprinkle dressing over chicken, drizzle with lemon juice, pop the lid on. Chicken breast: Cook on Hi 4-5 hours, or Low – 6-8 hours. Take the chicken out, shred with 2 forks, then ladle some of the juice over your shredded chicken. It will soak it up, and make it sooo juicy.
