Best broccoli salad ever!!! (at least that I've tried :-) ) Ingredients -4 heads broccoli, cut in bite size pieces -1 red onion, chopped -1/2 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled -3/4 cup raisins or dried cranberries -3/4 cup nuts (I've only used sliced almonds, but I think cashews would be fantastic), -1 c mayo -1/2 c sugar -2 tablespoons white wine vinegar (I've also used basalmic vinegar and rice vinegar) Directions: mix everything, cool, and serve.
