Better than 7 layer dip.Mediterranean Layer Dip Spread-Hummus across bottom of shallow dish. Layer with diced tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, roasted red peppers Sprinkle with crumbled feta. Garnish with fresh basil. Serve with whole grain pita chips.
Greek Nachos - tomato, cucumber, ground beef/turkey, mint and some tzatziki. Great snack with less fat (watch ingredients - fat free yogurt and very low fat ground beef (or turkey), this can even be a meal! Use whole grain/wheat pitas too.
Feta and Cucumber Dip - Good as a sauce on pita sandwiches or a dip for toasted pita wedges. Cut recipe in half, skipped the cucumber, used skim milk instead of cream, and added t salt. Would also be good as a sauce for fish or curries.
Made it and it's very Easy feta dip - olive oil, tomatoes, cucumber feta, & greek seasoning. Then serve with fresh baguette! ( I added chopped greek olives and cucumber w/ a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Also, I used pita chips.
