“Once you had put the pieces back together, even though you may look intact, you were never quite the same as you'd been before the fall.” ― Jodi Picoult

The upper sleeves interest me. Actually the whole dress does. Fabric, edging, and all.

(sleeve) I could gaze at this sleeve for hours.... Such details and the mastery of the hidden. This is what I love, clothing that presents mystery and covers the self, not to put on display. Covering like this demands respect and speaks quietly and with dignity. The gray, the buttons, the linen...this is many gold stars in my book and is the opposite of "sexy" but speaks of a wonderfully hidden woman who wears this.

The sleeves on this dress are amazing. I really envy people who can create such beautiful stuff!
