Grilled avocados: Cut an avocado in half, sprinkle with olive oil and lime juice, and place face down on the grill for five minutes. Then fill with salsa and sour cream, and sprinkle on a little more lime juice.
Avocado Hummus. Miranda says: I tried this this weekend. The only things I did differently was sub out lime juice for lemon juice and I added about cup of cilantro (because we're big fans). It came out absolutely yummy- will be making it again for sure!
