Ok, seriously this is some intense motivation. To me, training is never over. I have a hard time keeping it up once I reach my end goal. Now I'm just trying to focus on seeing overall gradual progress and making myself better all the time physically and emotionally!
Lots of changes happen as you preogress in your life.Too many people today are stuck in the past, or dwell for the future. Both of these just waste your time, not letting you live in the moment. Even if you had the "good ol' days" or horrible, make the decisison to moveto just move on in general.
