Is it just me, or is this mindset just SUPER unhealthy? Shouldn't we learn to LOVE our bodies the way they are, instead of conforming and changing them to fit some "beauty" standard that the world tells us is normal? Being physically healthy is GREAT, but mental health is equally, if not more important. CHANGE YOUR MINDSET, NOT YOUR BODY.
