    Parmesan Truffle Fries! No recipe here, but hey. You make some thin fries, par-fry them, then fry again. Immed after doneness, sprinkle w/ sea salt, drizzle w/ truffle olive oil and delight in shaved parm. Parsley, garlic, whatever is up to you. Just get the oil and the parm. After that, oooo.
