    lasagna roll ups: I didn't have everything from the original recipe so this is what I used - cooked lasagna noodles, mix frozen bag of spinach, 8 oz ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, 1 cup alfredo sauce, 1 cup marinara sauce, italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder; lay the cooked noodles down on a towel, spread the spinach mixture on to the noodles and roll them up, place them in a dish with marinara and alfredo sauce on the bottom; once they all in the dish cover with more marinara and alfredo sauce; bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Hubby says this stays in the dinner rotation! Delicious!
