    started w/ a piece of patterned paper 2.75" x 8" long and scored at 3", 3.5", 6.5". I folded the holder with the tea bag in it and punched holes 0.5" from the top and side (this guarantees you won't punch the actual tea bag). I ran some gingham ribbon through and tied a knot.
