Milk crates zip-tied together on their sides so that a bench seat fits on top and red bins from Lowe's can slide inside them. I don't have any milk crates, though. I also don't know what "zip-tied" means. I would use different colors.
Love it! This is a great site! This picture in particular has two great things: crates (that are on wheels!) and dry erase dots on the table. Great way to let kids show and do their work. Maybe even put them on students' desks? What a great idea!
use plastic crates purchased from your local Walmart, plywood cut to fit the top, foam, fabric and a staple gun. Cute idea a classroom reading corner. The "seats" can lift off so you can use the crates for storage.
Add duct tape to pencils to keep them from disappearing :) Colors can match the color of the table. Easy to see where pencils belong and all tables have enough. I swear my class eats pencils! I am going to color code my tables.
spray paint pete's crates --KL Crate stools: the perfect combination of extra seating and much needed storage. This easy DIY project will brighten up your classroom décor and aid your classroom organization.
