Felt Christmas Tree: Awesome for the little ones to play with instead of destroying the real tree. Could make different themes depending on the holiday (a pumpkin with different eyes, noses, and mouths or an easter egg with dots and stripes for decorations)!

Hello I {heart} Nap Time readers. I'm Becky one of the five Crafting Chicks. We love to craft, create and inspire so make sure you stop by and say

Kid-Friendly Christmas Tree You need 1 yard of green felt. Decide how high you wanted tree be & cut a straight line across the felt. Then fold the felt piece in half & use a straight-edge to trace the angled cut. Next use push-pins to attach it to the wall. Then cut out circles, for ornaments using a cup for a template. Leave some ornaments plain & use a hot glue gun to add stripes or polka dots to others. Children will love getting to decorate & redecorate their very own Christmas tree!
