Fried Pickles with Spicy Ranch    Ingredients    For the pickles:  1 cup flour  1 cup milk  1/4 cup pickle juice  1 teaspoon paprika  1 teaspoon salt  dill pickle chips, as many as you'll eat (the batter will cover a cup or two worth of pickles)  For the Spicy Ranch:  1/4 cup bottled Ranch dressing  2 teaspoons Frank's Hot Sauce (or any hot sauce you prefer), more or less to taste

Fried Pickles:2 cups flour  1/4 teaspoon pepper  2 eggs  1 cup milk  3 cups thin dill pickle slices, drained  Oil   In a shallow bowl, combine the flour and pepper. In another bowl, beat eggs and milk. Blot pickles with paper towels to remove moisture. Coat pickles with flour, then dip in egg mixture; coat again with flour.   Heat oil to 375°. Fry pickles, about 10 at a time, for 3 minutes or until golden brown, turning once. Drain on paper towels. Serve warm with ranch dressing if desired.
