Balsamic Bruschetta...this is sooooo good, easy, and goes great as a topping on chicken laid on a bed of noodles. I am thinking of trying this on a pizza with chicken.

Filling: Roughly chop tomatoes, onions garlic and parsley. Drizzle them with olive oil. Presentation: Diagonally slice the baguette and place a tablespoon of filling on each slice. Place in oven until golden brown.
