Crunchy Baked Chicken - super easy to put together and very tasty, the chicken was moist and flavorful.  My husband and kids loved it.  I used boneless skinless chicken breasts instead of the fryer chicken and it worked out great.  I would reduce the cooking time if you do use chicken breasts, as I overcooked it a bit (still good though!).  A keeper recipe that is going into my regular rotation.

Crunchy Baked Chicken - super easy to put together and very tasty, the chicken was moist and flavorful. My husband and kids loved it. I used boneless skinless chicken breasts instead of the fryer chicken and it worked out great. Chicken Stir-Fry:  This has a pretty good flavor. I would make it again. Should at least double the sauce, however, be a little lighter with the red pepper. It was good but I think I drank a half gallon of milk after.

dak bulgogi (korean bbq chicken).  1 lb boneless chicken thigh fillets.  MARINADE: 3 tbsp soy sauce.  1 tbsp lemon juice.  1 tbsp brown sugar.  1 tbsp honey or 1-1/3 tbsp brown sugar.  1 tbsp rice wine/mirin.  1 tbsp minced garlic.  1 tsp grated ginger.  1 tbsp sesame oil.  pinch black pepper.  1 tsp sesame seeds.  SIDES: lettuce leaves, washed and dried.  ssamjang/doenjang.
