Crunchy Baked Chicken - super easy to put together and very tasty, the chicken was moist and flavorful. My husband and kids loved it. I used boneless skinless chicken breasts instead of the fryer chicken and it worked out great. I would reduce the cooking time if you do use chicken breasts, as I overcooked it a bit (still good though!). A keeper recipe that is going into my regular rotation.
Chicken Stir-Fry: This has a pretty good flavor. I would make it again. Should at least double the sauce, however, be a little lighter with the red pepper. It was good but I think I drank a half gallon of milk after.
