My Sofrito Recipe: 1 large white onion, 1 large green pepper, 1/2 red pepper (or 1 small can) 1 head of garlic, around 2 cups of cilantro (or recaito if you can find it), 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Put all ingredients in blender. Can be freeze. Storage in refrigerator on a close container. This cooking mix will last over 2 weeks. Use by the spoon in rice, ect... We use this in almost all puertorrican dishes we make.
