Salt Dough Footprint Keepsakes These little footprints were very easy and very cheap to make and will make perfect keepsake gifts for daddy this Father's day! 1/2 cup salt, 1/2 cup flour, 1/4 cup (give or take) water. Knead until dough forms. Make impression. Bake at 200 for 3 hours.

Salt dough footprint keepsakes. Make a stepping stone path as your child grows. ~>This is something anyone can do with their kids. What a great way to commemorate a child's growth.

Baby feet!.... Salt Dough - 1 cup salt, 1 cup plain flour, up to 1/2 cup of water. Mix together and knead until smooth and stretchy. Add more flour if too sticky and more water if too crumbly. For a footprint 3 hours @ 100 degrees C or 200 F. Cool for 2 hours for smaller things, e.g. Xmas decorations or letters

The stepping stone idea is cute, or you can just make individual ones to use as great gifts for grandparents and other loved ones, not to mention yourself! If you have two children, make a bigger one with one footprint from each child. You can even do this with your little one’s hand print as well. Time goes by so fast – you want to capture every little moment!

I know I pinned this before, but I want to do these footprints on the edging of the back garden near our door. Great craft with the kid - find the right river rocks, sticking them, etc!

LOVE hand and footprints...I made two of these one for my 24 month old and 5 month old....I used canvas and uses the colors teal and white instead!!! Loved the idea made them for my fiancé birthday!!! Also made them vertical instead of horizontal since I did two!!!
