Weekend Brunch Casserole - this turned out great!! I added 2 extra eggs and added a little cream cheese to the sausage after it was cooked. Had to cook it about 15 minutes longer than the recipe said in order for eggs to be done but it was awesome! - LRM
Fiesta Chicken Casserole: 2 Cups Cooked Chicken Breast, 2 Cups Cooked Pasta Shells, 2 Cups Cheddar Jack Cheese, 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 Can Rotel, 1/2 Cup Milk. Cover top with cheese. 350-Degrees for 20 Minutes.
