Goat cheese, roasted beet, and arugula sandwich. Heaven. This sandwich reaffirmed our true love with beets. We fried the beets in balsamic vinegar after roasting them, and it was the perfect blend of sweet and savory.
Roasted red pepper pesto, tomato and provolone grilled sandwich... similar to the sandwich posted . I used thin slices of french bread and brushed the outsides with garlic-herb olive oil. On the inside... slices of roma tomato, provolone cheese and roasted red pepper pesto (made by: Cibo Naturals- found in the deli section of our local supermarket ). Grilled on the stovetop... delicious!!
