Am I the only person who reads these and thinks, "I'd love to do that I just have no idea what half of those are!" what were my p.e. teachers teaching?

Morning workout routine - I am not a morning person for sure! The only way to get me up and running is forcing myself to stretch and workout on my floor mat before breakfast. This workout is additional with my weekly x3 cardio and x3 weight training!

If I did this everyday, I think I could lose the weight!! Pretty much murder to the body... Maybe I'll start with the Quarter workout and work my way up :/
