I'd love an actual pot rack, but there's the out in the open factor that I am trying to avoid. I could probably do a sort of in cabinet pot rack thing, though, using hooks.

Considering this is probably my favorite spot in the kitchen, amy as well make it more efficient. (Really though, my favorite spot to sit as a kid was on the corner on the counter in the kitchen.
