Homemade french vanilla coffee creamer. No chemicals! 14oz sweetened condensed milk 14oz milk (whole, lowfat, or skim - doesn't matter) 2 teaspoons vanilla extract OR Vanilla Coffee Syrup for a stronger flavor a mason jar (quart is perfect) Pour all of the ingredients into your mason jar. Screw the lid on tightly, and shake vigorously for a few minutes until well combined.
FINALLY - a recipe to make my favourite creamer for my morning coffee! IRISH CREAM flavoured coffee cream: Start With This Base: 14oz Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 3/4 Cup Milk or Cream (whole, lowfat, skim, almond, soy, heavy cream, half & half etc – whatever your preference, however the more fat, the more creaminess) 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup 1 teaspoon instant coffee 1-2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 teaspoon almond extract
Homemade Coffee Creamer-I make this all the time and when I want to change it up I add different extracts. This morning I made a batch and split into 2 mason jars. Made one cinnamon/vanilla (2 tsp cinn) and one peppermint/vanilla (1 tsp peppermint). Better than store bought with very little preservatives. YUMMMM!
