Mexican Casserole - Made this tonight and am wondering how I am going to FIX it so I can eat it. I should have known better when it told me to put sour cream in the middle and then bake it for 25 min that this wasn't going to turn out well. It did not taste good at all. Will not make again and do not recommend. And if anyone has any tips on how to make it edible please share.

Mexican Stuffed Shells. Made this! Very yummy. Even better the second day as left overs... Not really a big fan of noodle and mexican food but this was good. Could also be made by laying with taco shells like Lasagna.
