  • 5 Prosciutto, thin slices
  • 2 large heads 10 cups coarsely torn frisee
  • 1 1/4 cups Edamame, frozen
  • 8 Radishes
  • 1/2 Red onion, small
  • 2 Egg yolks, large
  • 4 Eggs, large
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice, fresh
Baking & Spices
  • 1 1/8 tsp Kosher salt, coarse
  • 1 Pinch White pepper, ground
Oils & Vinegars
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil, extra-virgin
  • 5 tsp White balsamic vinegar or white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Butter, unsalted
