Pots with succulents at entry stairs from street by David Feix Landscape Design, via Flickr, so gorgeous

Do this in front yard. Potager - Kitchen garden at Bolen residence. LOVE the use of the large pots to control the amount of water or nutrients herbs need as opposed to the vegetables! "This raised-bed kitchen garden was absolutely stunning and made great use of a narrow space that was formerly used as a dog enclosure. The space was designed by John Fluitt, an Oklahoma landscape designer."

Where did you plant that fancy lettuce....That's what my nearest and dearest neighbors say.....

raised bed triangles...I really like this design. It leaves room to get to at all sides of everything.

Grey walls in the garden, helps the green to really pop!

something magical happens when I first see the cat that lives at the nursery.

Plant tulip bulbs in November then forget about them until the following Spring. After they've flowered allow them to dry out, lift them shaking off any excess soil and store in a paper bag in a dry, dark place. Plant them again the following Autumn. This way bulbs can last years!

Raised planters. My husband would love this. No cutting the grass. We have lots of bricks too.
