    Victorian Photo Booth People still did the same poses during the Victorian Era, except you know, without having to use the sepia effects in iPhoto. Also, today I learned that some Victorians did have emotions.

The picture came with this caption: "aunt regina and uncle chuck pose for the camera in a comical manner, but all is not well. uncle chuck has lost his job at the grocery store, and they are sharing a sweater on a bitter january day because niether can afford a winter coat. it's just tragic. what courage they have!"

I do not know what is going on here, but they are definitely doing it in corsets. Well, except for their rather silly companion...

She was a favorite of many, such as the prime minister Lloyd George, and it is reputed that Cecil Beaton’s facination with her was the driving force in his interest in fashion, costume and photographic portraiture.
