Migas ala Pioneer Woman! Had them in Santa Fe, but only now discovered PW's recipe. (I'm taking a short cut and using up the partial bags of tortilla chips we have laying around here instead of frying corn tortillas.) Serve with a side of black beans and sour cream. Taking them to church for Easter brunch tomorrow.
