Lemon Zucchini Loaf with Lemon Glaze-this was very good. Want to try a sugar substitute next time. It was fun to have the zucchini and lemony tastes together. I changed the glaze only a little, adding a few TBL of melted butter. It is our fav lemon glaze since forever.
