Teaching Character Traits in Reading

Full of great ideas to help you teach character traits in reading.

I love my new milk crate seats! They were super easy to make and look great! See what I did with step-by-step directions with photos.

For library - Milk crates zip-tied together on their sides so that a bench seat fits on top and cheap red crates from Lowe's can slide inside them....Great for classroom library!

This would be a great way to organize differentiated centers. Each center can have a different color crate and then the holders inside could be labeled for each group offering leveled activities for centers.

Classroom Organization Managing Paperwork. BEST OVERALL SYSTEM I'VE SEEN. Also uses a hanging crate to "file" turned in work awaiting grading and graded work to be picked up/passed out. Other ideas as well...

Classroom benches- three different levels so everyone can see- the top level is a milk crate + a half one zip tied together- middle is a crate on the side and the bottom is a crate flat on the ground- 3 crates for each bench- I love them!
