Weight Watchers Bacon and Swiss Quiche - made this for the first time on 1/31/12. I substituted Smithfield Center Cut Bacon (for Turkey bacon), Pillsbury Regular Pie Crust (for phyllo dough), and 1 egg (for 1/4 cup egg substitute). I put it in the WW Recipe Builder and it did not change the Points Plus value! It was delicious!
Coconut Flour Pumpkin Muffins - Tried these! They are the BEST coconut flour muffins we have ever had, and we have had a lot. (And I personally hate coconut flour, and still ate like 5 of these... LOL)
