Cook Perfect Chicken! - The seasoning and method for cooking perfectly juicy, properly cooked chicken breast really works. I used it all of the time now whenever i'm cooking chicken breasts. I often use Lawry's seasoning in place of the seasoning recipe here, but it's the same idea. The resting is such an important part - don't skip it!
