Gluten free pumpkin snickerdoodles- Husband really liked them. I had to make my own flour. I mixed 3 cups rice flour, 1 cup potato starch, 1/2 cup tapioca four and 1 T xantham gum. When i measured it into the cookie dough i sifted it to make a lighter cookie. Carol
