    Garden fresh salsa I use Campari tomatoes, mixed with heirloom or beefsteak tomatoes. yellow onion or red onion depending on the tatse I am going for, minced garlic, celery, pinch of salt and pepper, and a pinch of sugar. I prefer parsley. Chop it all up and serve! Oh, I almost forgot! Peoples #1 mistake when making salsa is that they don't strain the tomatoes. After you chop the tomatoes up leave them sit in the strainer for 15 to 20 mins and then mix in all of your other ingredients.
