Framed spools would be perfect for my little "sewing nook" in our spare bedroom. I wouldn't have togo on the hunt for spools of thread AND it would be a unique decorative piece.

I have been going to make one of these for my mom with a vtg. cup that says "Mother" on it, but I didn't think of using silverware for the photo holders. That's it...it will be this year's Mother's day gift to my mom with vintage family pictures on it. Shh, please don't tell her :)
