Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes with Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting - I made this recipe into a cake and oh my goodness was it great. I used a spice cake mix with the pumpkin and left the frosting as is. It was beyond amazing!
Craving dessert: chop up a banana, sprinkle cinnamon on it, and drizzled it with honey. This is so, so good and really tastes like dessert. It would be vegan if you use coconut nectar instead of honey. I do love honey.
