    Sweet Potato Hummus

    Vegan • Gluten free


    19 oz 1 can garbanzo beans
    5 Garlic cloves, roasted or raw
    1 cup Sweet potatoes


    2 tbsp Lemon juice, fresh squeezed
    1/4 cup Tahini

    Baking & Spices

    1 tsp Salt

    Oils & Vinegars

    1 tbsp Olive oil, extra virgin

    Nuts & Seeds

    1/2 tsp Cumin

      Sweet Potato Hummus Ingredients 1 cup sweet potatoes, peeled and diced 1 can garbanzo beans (19oz), rinsed and drained 2 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice ¼ cup Tahini (sesame paste) 5 garlic cloves, roasted or raw 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil ½ tsp cumin 1 tsp salt water Directions Steam or slow cook the sweet potatoes until soft. Transfer cooked sweet potatoes to a food processor with all ingredients and 2 tbsp of water to start with. Pulse until smooth, add water if it seems too thick.
