Bobby Flay's Chicken Parmigiana I would leave out the Italian Parsley, not a fan. I have a couple versions of this I make, some healthier than others. But yummy!
Chicken Paillard with Curry Gravy. Shayna, whose tastes run to Taco Bell, surprised me with dinner last night. THIS dinner. Something without nacho cheese sauce or Grande in it's name. It was delish!!!
