Pork Chops With Apples and Garlic Smashed Potatoes. -- This recipe was wonderful! I pretty much followed the recipe to a T, except I would recommend adding a lot more garlic to the potatoes,and more buttermilk. I also added a slash of apple cider vinegar when adding the apple cider. The pork turned out just perfect.
