Skinny Spaghetti and Meatballs - delightfully 'skinny', wonderfully delicious, this great recipe will have your family happily digging in for dinner. It's not very often a 'skinny' recipe is such a hit with my husband, but this really was a success. The 1/2 ground turkey, 1/2 chopped veggie mixture that forms the meatball base not only cuts calories, it makes for a deliciously light meatball. Such a win-win, here.
