Baked mac and cheese is something I've always wanted to try. I've tended toward the boxed stuff in the past (blasphemy from a foodie, I know), but once I actually get the funds to get all the ingredients together, as well as the stuff to make it in (yes, I need to invest in some casserole dishes), this is at the top of my list for a go-to food during a busy week of classes.

Bacon and Cheese Pasta Bake @ ....... easy to change up or add to (for leftover noodles and meat like ham)
