Potato soup - We enjoyed this; however, next time I'm going to omit the carrots (they were weird in a potato soup) and add chopped fried bacon on top with shredded cheese. Also, when I made it, I doubled the recipe (was enough for 4 people that way) and added 1T seasoned salt and mixed in 1/2c cheddar cheese.

Paula Deen Potato Soup with Shrimp is the best potato soup!! You can leave the shrimp out and it is still great! I make mine without shrimp and onion. I like to put cheese and bacon to garnish. This is the best! Everyone loves it!!
