Red Potato Soup - the whole family loved this! Just a couple of changes ... Next time I will cut the potatoes smaller, cook the bacon apart from the onion & celery so that it gets crisp & there's no need to drain the mixture after sautéing

Potato soup - We enjoyed this; however, next time I'm going to omit the carrots (they were weird in a potato soup) and add chopped fried bacon on top with shredded cheese. Also, when I made it, I doubled the recipe (was enough for 4 people that way) and added 1T seasoned salt and mixed in 1/2c cheddar cheese.

baked potato soup~Yum! I used 2 of the bagged hash style potatoes instead of baking whole potatoes. (I would recommend cooking them for a couple minutes in the microwave first). I also used half & half as well as milk and crispy bacon on top! It makes a LOT!
