    I would recommend stopping at 2 cups of milk. Otherwise a great recipe. I add vanilla and cinnamon as well!

    Spare yourself the disappointment and DO NOT make this recipe. . Terrible!

    The recipe requires some tweaking. I cut the sugar back to 1T, added a tsp of vanilla, and since I don't normally have buttermilk, I used regular 2% and dropped it back to about 1 3/4 cups. The pancakes turned out great.

    ^ we made these today and I did almost the same. I used 2 cups of regular milk. And 1 tsp vanilla. I left the sugar at 3T
