      So sorry Jackie. It's the Food Network in the US. She laid out the pastry and put ham and cheese on it with some Dijon mustard. Put the other pastry on top glued with and egg wash and brush on top as well. Cook in 425 oven for 30 to 40 mins. Or until golden brwn. Looks yummy and easy. Good luck.
