    YORKSHIRE PUDDINGS NEED: 1c milk, 2 eggs, flour, butter, muffin tin. DO: Heat oven to 400F. Warm milk in microwave for 1 min. In a bowl, stir/beat eggs with fork until yellow. Add milk, stir. Put some butter in each muffin cup (need to smear all over walls and bottom of muffin cups to prevent sticking!) Place tin in oven 3 min. Meanwhile add flour to mix, stir. Quickly, pour the mix into the hot muffin tins, and return to oven. Cook until brown and crispy (~25 min or more)
