3/4 lb Ground chicken


1/4 cup Cilantro, fresh
1/2 tsp Coriander, ground
2 cloves Garlic
1 1 -inch piece Ginger
1/4 cup Peas, frozen
1 Red onion, large


1 Cashews and/or hot sauce

Baking & Spices

1 Kosher salt

Oils & Vinegars

1/4 cup Vegetable oil

Nuts & Seeds

1 tsp Cumin, ground

Bread & Baked Goods

4 Pocketless pitas


1/4 cup Yogurt, plain low-fat

    Not bad but wouldn't make again. Chicken Korma. Tweaking slightly, less oil and such; also using cubed chicken breast instead of ground and adding spinach and sweet potato. Serving with brown rice and quinoa.
