Vegetarian • Gluten free • 40 mins to make • Serves 4

1 pint Strawberries

2 tbsp Maple syrup, pure

Baking & Spices

1 Kosher salt
1 cup Vanilla
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure

Nuts & Seeds

1/4 cup Almonds, toasted
1/4 cup Chia seeds

1 cup Greek yogurt, plain low-fat 2 percent

    Giada’s Chia Seed Breakfast Pudding 1 C unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or coconut milk) 1 C plain Greek yogurt 2 T maple syrup 1 t vanilla extract 1/4 C chia seeds 1/8 t salt Combine all ingredients, let sit for 30 min, mix again and refrigerate.
