This was an AMAZING Braciole recipe! When we made it, we used a red sauce that we had made for eggplant/zucchini parm as well as meatballs/italian sausages but it was absolutely FANTASTIC! A lot of work so won't do it all the time but definitely adding to the list for special occasions.
"Tilapia with Browned Butter and Lemon Sauce" - I made this without the rosemary (because I didn't want to go to the store and find rosemary) and with "I can't believe it's not butter". It was a pretty good way to fix tilapia. - Molly
