Slow Cooker Tuscan Chicken Stew.. Tested this for my Shrinking On a Budget Meal Plan last week - just now getting around to Pinning it. Fantastic! I made a few changes, but mostly stuck with the recipe. Perfect for fall!

    I used regular chicken breasts instead of thighs, 1 large sweet potato in place of the baby potatoes, and 1 can of diced tomatoes (no salt added) instead of fresh tomatoes. I also added sweet italian sausage :)
