1 pint Cherry tomatoes
2 cloves Garlic
1 Vidalia onion, large

Baking & Spices

1 Lots of Black pepper, freshly ground
6 tsp Cornstarch
1 Pinch Nutmeg
1 Salt

Bread & Baked Goods

1/2 Loaf ciabatta bread (about 8 ounces)

Dairy

2 tbsp Butter
4 oz Cheddar, aged
10 oz Gruyere

Beer, Wine & Liquor

2 tbsp Sherry wine
1 cup White wine, dry
