    • 1 lb Cremini or white button mushrooms
    • 7 cloves Garlic
    • 2 Onion, large
    • 1 bundle Thyme, fresh

    Canned Goods

    • 3 cups Beef stock
    • 1/4 cup Tomato paste

    Baking & Spices

    • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
    • 1 Kosher salt

    Oils & Vinegars

    • 1 Olive oil, Extra-virgin

    Bread & Baked Goods

    • 1 Bread, Crusty

    Beer, Wine & Liquor

    • 1 750-ml bottle Red wine
